Have you also wondered where vegan burgers, soy pork chop, pistachio milk, tofu schnitzel or even vegan lard came from? If you also think that it results from sadness, longing for normal food and trying to deceive yourself, then you are right!
Burger is nothing but a fastfood sandwich with minced meat. Lard is simply rendered animal fat, and the schnitzel can not be soy because it has no pork. Schnitze; can be made from porn roas which is a part of a pig and wild boar. Soy milk? What is a soy milk! There is no such thing as soy milk and, fortunately, thanks to the European Union, the term „milk” for some time means “exclusively the normal mammary secretion obtained from one or more milkings without either addition thereto or extraction therefrom”.

There are no vegan burgers, vegan lard or soy milk, because these products are simply products of animal. Amen. If you think differently, you are either uneducated or you try to fool yourself. And this may not be good for you, because your body will sooner or later show you what to think about it.
According to the maxim.com website, researchers from the Medical University of Graz in Austria conducted research on a group of 1320 people on different diets and found that even if the vegetarian diet combined with lower body weight, it also linked to poorer health. In people who did not eat meat, cancer, allergies and mental disorders were more often observed. In addition, compared to meat eaters, non-meat eaters had a much greater need for health care and were characterized by poorer quality of life.
Quoting scientists:
“Vegetarians in our study suffer significantly more often from anxiety disorder and/or depression. Additionally, they have a poorer quality of life in terms of physical health, social relationships, and environmental factors. Moreover, the use of health care differs significantly between the dietary habit groups in our study. Vegetarians need more medical treatment than subjects following another form of diet. However, this might be due to the number of chronic conditions, which is higher in subjects with a vegetarian diet.”
Apparently people who do not eat meat more often suffer from chronic diseases, which usually last longer than 3 months, and some of them accompany them even for the rest of thier life. Generally people who are on a meatless diet are characterized by much worse health. Other studies, published in the Journal of Affective Disorders, showed that compared to people eating meat, vegetarian men were 70 percent more likely to be depressed due to the lack of essential nutrients (vitamin B12).
As you can see, despite many attempts to deceive yourself, our body can not be deceived. We need meat to live, we need meat to be healthy – both physically and mentally.

However, the question of what meat to choose is more often heard. The best is venison, because this is not only much better nutritional values but also the way in which it was hunter (not farmed). Venison is the only meat whose production has not negatively affected the natural environment.
Of course, hunters have the easiest access to the venison, but for some time venison has been available in many stores and markets at increasingly better prices. Stores that specialize in the sale of venison are also becoming more and more popular.
So if you are looking for meat that is organic, healthy, rich in nutrients, definitely choose venison. Meanwhile. if you hear annoyed vegans and vegetarians talking about what kind of bad man you are because you eat meat, remember what you’ve read here …
